Swtor Server Merges Nov 8 – New Servers & Characters Changes

Time: 11/06/17

As part of the United Forces update, there will be Swtor server merges on November 8. All Swtor characters will be moved to one of five new servers, which may cause some influence on your character slots & names. Check the new Swtor servers and important information below to get full prepared.

Swtor servers merged into five new servers

On November 8th, 2017, the Swtor servers will be merged into 5 new servers.
Harbinger, Bergeren Colony, Bastion: will be merged into Satele Shan (North America, East Coast but contains mainly West Coast players).
Jedi Covenant, Shadowlands, Ebon Hawk, Prophecy of the Five, Jung Ma: into Star Forge (North America, East Coast).
Progenitor, Tomb of Freedon Nadd, Red Eclipse: into Darth Malgus (Europe – English).
Mantle of the Force, Battle Meditation, Darth Nihilus: into The Leviathan (Europe – French).
T3-M4, Vanjervalis Chain, Jar’Kai Sword: into Tulak Hord (Europe – German).

What will happen to character slots after server merges?

For Premium (Subscriber) account, accounts with more than 52 characters on a server will be accommodated. You will still be able to access and play each of those characters. However, if you wish to make any new characters after that point, you will need to delete characters until you are back at or below the cap of 52.
For Free-to-Play accounts, if your account has characters beyond the Free-to-Play limit of 2, then all your characters will be set to ‘deactivated’. This allows you to log in and choose which characters you would like to activate and play.

Possessions & character names after Swtor server merges

Items, Banks, Etc: Bioware is attempting to make sure players keep all their possessions the same as before server merges. This includes items, bank items, credits, decorations, strongholds, outfits and guilds.
Character Names: Players may lose their names in the server merge. If you lose your name to someone else, you will be offered a free rename. Subscribed players have priority over Free-to-Play players, and highly played characters will have priority over characters with less play time.

Notice that on Wednesday there will be Swtor servers down for Swtor server merges. In addition, you can participate in our Swtor2credits Member Special to buy Swtor credits with 2x reward points & 5% extra bonus!
